Hi Patricia Irma , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
When I move to Madras in 2023, I start looking for what Madras needed, and found out to main that were in my scope of work. ADSS and another out patient treatment for drugs use.
I applied for ADSS, after 6 months I did have the connection I needed to move forward and change direction, started and submitted my application for COA licenses. At this point I am looking for a medical Director to be able to open to the public. Climbing Mountains Counseling it’s here to walk by your side during difficult circumstances..
While in this process I have served 17 kids, 12 women’s. And continue moving forward.
Looking ahead for the next 5 years.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
In my case I have struggles, language barrier was the first issue, ignorance in law terminology Second, been to happy and share to much with the wrong people, and they got it and putting it to their practice.
Not understanding how the world of business works, not knowing the process, not having the appropriate connections, not getting the help needed.
At the end all that has teaching me great lessons and knowledge that now I have.

Climbing mountains Counseling it an Outpatient treatment program for Alcohol and Drug Addiction.
We will be helping people with DUII’s but we will specialize on youth with education, intervention of substance use, abuse or dependence.

I don’t understand the question but here it goes.
I don’t think it’s luck, the rol the we play,
the life of business has to do with persistence, perseverance, learning, self discipline and motivation.
Any tape of business you start within come with his own process the build the unique experience and story.
