Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born and raised in Coos Bay, Oregon. I have deep roots in Coos County and a genuine passion for serving the community I proudly call home. My husband, which is my high school sweetheart of 25 years, and I, have built our life in Coos County, where we raised our two daughters, Emma and Gracy.
I began my career in property management in 2006 when I joined the family business, which was owned by my mother-in-law, Tammy Tice. Over the years, I played a key role in growing the company’s portfolio to more than 700 rental units, helping establish the business as a trusted resource for property owners and tenants throughout the region.
In January 2026, I achieved a longtime goal by becoming a business owner myself. Today, I proudly lead a family-owned and operated property management company dedicated to providing professional, reliable service while maintaining the personal touch that comes from living and working in a close-knit community.
I consider myself fortunate to do business in a community that continually supports local entrepreneurs. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, including Thor, my spoiled French Bulldog.
I feel truly blessed to own and operate a small business in Coos County and remain committed to helping property owners, tenants, and the community thrive for years to come.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There were definitely times when the road wasn’t easy. Building and growing a business takes a lot of hard work, patience, and persistence. There were long days, difficult decisions, and moments when I had to step outside my comfort zone. Taking ownership of the company was a major milestone, but it also came with new responsibilities and challenges. What kept me going was my commitment to my family, my clients, and the community I’ve called home my entire life. Every challenge became an opportunity to learn, and those experiences have shaped both who I am and how I lead the business today.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something surprising about me is that I never originally planned on a career in property management. What began as an opportunity to work with family turned into a career where I’ve spent nearly two decades helping property owners protect their investments and helping families find places to call home.
