Hidden Gems: Meet Emilio Johann of Long Life Ramen LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Emilio Johann.

Hi Emilio, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Hi! My name is Emilio Johann. I have been a full time entrepreneur since August of 2008. I have run a web design and development company since then. The name is Otter Creative Studio. In 2025, a shift began to focus on exploring new ways to make money. I founded a cold outreach company with minor success that I ran up until July of 2026. It was on December of 2025 that things changed for me: I discovered the true power of AI and I began to work with it actively. I built my first iOS app called VeraMind and also launched a project manager tool for AI agents like OpenClaw and Hermes called FocusClaw: AI agents is yet another field I am really interested in! I am currently working on my second iOS app: a symptoms tracker and a number of open source tools for AI agents. On that same month, December of 2025, I also found the build in public community on X and that really put things into perspective: I AM a developer and I love to build with code and AI tools. I am also a musician and I have composed a number of songs in the past but that side of me has been dormant for a few years. I cannot wait to create music in the near future!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Entrepreneurship is not a smooth road but the challenges and overcoming them is what makes you a true entrepreneur. From working with difficult clients to having to ship complex projects over the years: I have seen it all.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Long Life Ramen LLC is my official business name. My LLC is a conglomerate of everything I do and will do: web development, iOS development, and custom apps development along with marketing and SEO which are an integral part of a business’ success.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I am a huge anime fan especially Sci-Fi. I love reading business books from time to time and one that really made an impact on me was Tim Ferriss’ The 4-Hour Workweek. I am a huge believer in having a positive mindset and that is why I started my iOS development journey with my own app VeraMind which focuses on affirmations and negative thought reframing.
