Today we’d like to introduce you to Tamara Newman.

Hi Tamara, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
After many years working in apparel design, product management and development I transitioned into interiors and tabletop development. I found I had a passion for designing spaces and decided to start consulting. After about 6 months a friend of mine was selling her staging business and I jumped on the opportunity. I have been staging non stop since acquiring the business. I absolutely love creating beautiful, cohesive spaces. I am a women owned and operated staging business.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I am very lucky that it has been so easy for me. I started working immediately after taking over the business.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
With over two decades of experience designing apparel and accessories for global brands like Columbia Sportswear, Adidas, PUMA, Converse, New Balance and assisting in development of furniture and tabletop for Fred Meyer. These experiences have allowed me to develop a sharp eye for detail, color, texture, and function.

My specialty is home staging, combining creativity and functionality to create inviting, stylish spaces that appeal to potential buyers. Recognizing that first impressions matter, I excel in staging homes that highlight their best features, ensuring they stand out in the market.

I take pride in offering personalized services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether it’s reimagining a home for resale or helping to revamp a living space.

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I used to go to goodwill and buy items I could then redesign. It was so fun.
