Today we’d like to introduce you to Kirstin Ardrey.
Kirstin, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
In 2024 I was working in the trades as a fiber splicer. I was really burnt out in life, I was at a really low spot wondering how we keep working so much and have such little time for LIVING. I thought “this isn’t how life should be.” Then I had an awakening and was directly guided by my intuition into transforming my life from the inside out. I began changing my habits, thinking, and routines, eliminating everything that didn’t align and that drained me, which included my 24 year marriage.
With this transformation, people around me began to notice and I was given fridays off – paid! My boss said he liked this new me and wanted me to continue focusing on myself.
I then felt led to become a Reiki Master, as well as trained in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy, where I met Ayden.
In August of 2025, I quit my job to follow my heart. I met Ayden and we felt aligned to open a business together, we weren’t sure how but knew it felt right. I sold my beloved Dogde Challenger that I had built up so it had quite a bit of equity, and we opened a business in downtown Dallas. I was eager to bridge the gap between the every day person and how beneficial energy work is for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and sleeplessness. So I joined the chamber of commerce and got involved in the community.
After 6 months of exhausting all my resources to keep the brick and mortar business open and myself afloat, we agreed to close it as it was not sustaining. With this, I spent some time in reflection and really dug deep to see what was next for me, as the strain this had put me in has also forced me to sell my home, which I am in the process of.
In this time I began offering what I love doing, sound baths, just to do something. I begain offering sound baths by donation in the local parks of Dallas and had a pretty good response, 25-30 people each one, most of which had never experienced one. This has led me to collaborating with local businesses, where if they offer the venue for free of charge, I can keep my events by donations.
I am also putting together a structure on how the every day person can understand their own energy, how it affects their reality- their workplace, home, people in their life, and have the knowledge and tools on how to shift it within to begin shifting their own reality around them. I envision teaching this to business leaders, communitites, and to families who’d like to understand the stressors in their life and how that directly reflects outwardly, and how the stuff we hold onto can be stored within our body and manifest into such things as illness and ailments.
I’d like to teach others who are overworked and burnt out on life how to create a life they don’t want to escape from.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road, I have lost everything following this path – my finances depleted, credit score plummeted, I have lost people, my marriage, sold all possessions of value, the business I sacrificed all this for closed, and about to possibly lose my home.
But I have learned so much about myself and letting the old stuff fall away. I can always rebuild, but now I can do it from a solid foundation. Following your heart takes courage and commitment to walking fully in trust and faith, even when things get shaky.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I offer energy healing, guidance, and sound baths. I specialize in those who have been through the deep hardships and traumas, as i have walked out of that path of hardships, addiction, and trauma. I wish to offer support for those willing and ready to begin changing their life from the inside out.
I am proud, and awed, by the response in the community I have gotten with offering this openly to those who may not have never experienced it.
I believe what sets me apart from others is my ability to stand confidently in what I offer through loved experience, I can relate directly to those suffering. I have an inner desire to help bring change to the reality in which we wish to see, through each one of us. I wish to empower those hearts to believing in their own inner sovereignty.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Baby steps. You must align yourself to the frequency of that which you wish to call in. If you are building a business with seeds of fear or lack mindset, you will be met with situations to help you address these ideologies.
