Today we’d like to introduce you to Robert Kropacek.
Hi Robert, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Started back in 2016, I had just moved back to Bend after a 6 year residence in Reno, NV. I started to build the business by visiting real estate offices around central Oregon and pitching my services to them. I quickly gained a following of loyal customers, some of which, are still with me to this day.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I think any successful business has ups and downs and has some bumps along the way–I certainly have. The beginning was certainly the toughest. Starting fresh, the biggest challenge was to overcome objection and build the trust of the client.

Visual Property Pro is an experienced real estate photography and media solution in Central Oregon. Since 2015, we have specialized in the real estate sector. This specialization gives us keen insight and understanding of how to showcase your property in the most effective way possible. In addition to photography services, we also offer video, floor plans, aerial (drone) services and 3D reality capture.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Persistence pays off. I think keeping that motto in the back of your mind is key through the difficult days. I wish I would have known the power of word of mouth when starting out. I was focused on trying to introduce my services to as many people as possible, when, in reality, focusing more effort on a few customers and then letting them spread the word for you in more powerful.
