Hi Natalia, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always had a passion for baking, but my journey with NatsOvenLove began unexpectedly in April 2025 when my car needed some expensive engine repairs. At the time, I didn’t have any savings, so I decided to start selling baked goods to raise money. What started as a simple bake sale quickly turned into something much bigger. Even after I had earned enough for my repairs, people continued asking for more and encouraging me to keep going.
As my business grew, I balanced baking with my full-time job as a Direct Support Professional until August 2026, when I took a leap of faith and decided to pursue NatsOvenLove full-time. Today, my cookies are available at multiple local businesses, I regularly attend markets and pop-up events, and I’m working toward launching my own website.
At just 23 years old, I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come. What started as a way to overcome a financial challenge has turned into something I truly love doing every day. I’m beyond grateful for the support of my community, and I’m so excited to see where this journey takes me next!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
For the most part, my journey has been fairly smooth, and I’m incredibly grateful for that! I’ve been fortunate enough to receive so much love and support from my community since the beginning. I would say my biggest challenge has been learning how to keep up with the growing demand, especially now that I’m running my business full-time. Between baking, fulfilling orders, restocking local businesses, and attending events, it can definitely get overwhelming at times. Since I handle almost everything on my own, I’ve had to learn a lot about time management and balancing my workload. But overall, it’s a challenge I’m beyond grateful to have, and every day is another opportunity to learn and grow!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
NatsOvenLove is my small, home-based baking business specializing in gourmet cookies, custom cakes, cake pops, and other sweet treats! Over time, my gourmet cookies have become what I’m most known for, especially my unique flavors, generous sizes, and creative seasonal menus.
What I believe sets my business apart is the love, creativity, and attention to detail I put into everything I make. I love experimenting with new flavors and creating treats that people get excited about. I’m especially proud of how much my brand has grown and the relationships I’ve built within my community. Seeing my cookies available in multiple local businesses and having customers come back for more means the world to me.
More than anything, I want people to know that Nats Oven Love LLC is built on passion, hard work, and genuine love for what I do. Every treat is made with care, and I’m so excited to continue growing and sharing my creations with more people!
What’s next?
As of right now, I’m focusing on where I’m at and continuing to grow at a pace I can manage. I don’t have any major plans set in stone just yet, but I’m always open to new opportunities and seeing where this journey takes me. I’m incredibly grateful for everything I’ve accomplished so far, and while I’m excited to see what the future holds for Nats Oven Love, I’m also enjoying every moment of where I am today
