Today we’d like to introduce you to Rose.
Hi Rose, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I first fell in love with fitness in high school after taking a strength and conditioning class. From that point on, the gym became a huge part of my life. About four and a half years ago, I started working with a trainer who completely changed my approach to fitness. I began following a structured training program and took my nutrition seriously. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. What started as simply enjoying the gym turned into a passion for seeing how strong I can become and discovering what my body is capable of. Fitness has taught me discipline, confidence, and that I’m capable of much more than I ever imagined.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
One of the biggest challenges has been growing my glutes. It’s always been the area I’ve struggled to develop the most, and it’s hard not to compare yourself when social media is filled with people who seem to make progress overnight. There were definitely times I questioned whether all the hard work was paying off, but I never stopped showing up. That experience taught me that the most rewarding results come from consistency, patience, and trusting the process, even when progress feels slow.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Fitness content has become my creative outlet. I love sharing my journey and my passion for strength with people who appreciate it and find inspiration in it, while also documenting my own progress for myself. One of my favorite parts is looking back months later and seeing changes I didn’t even notice happening in real time. I enjoy sharing both the exciting milestones and the slower seasons because that’s what the journey really looks like, and I think that’s what people connect with most.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is continuing to grow and becoming the best version of myself. Fitness has taught me that meaningful progress takes time, patience, and consistency, and I’ve carried that mindset into every part of my life. That’s also why I enjoy documenting my journey. Sometimes I forget how far I’ve come or how much I’ve changed since I first started, and it’s always rewarding to look back and see how much I’ve grown, both physically and mentally.
