Hi Heaven, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my business with a simple idea—creating food that feels good, both for the body and the experience. What began as a passion for cooking and sharing meals with others slowly grew into something much bigger. I’ve always believed that food should not only taste amazing, but also bring people together and leave a lasting impression.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In the early days, I was working with limited resources, taking on small events, and learning as I went. Every opportunity helped me grow—refining my menu, building my confidence, and understanding what people truly value when it comes to food and service. There were definitely challenges along the way, but each one pushed me to become more creative, resilient, and intentional about what I offer.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
My main focus and intention for what I do as a vegan chef is purely out of love for animals, the benefits it provides health wise is the bonus.
I was born a raised vegetarian, and have raised all my children the same. Being able to shar that passion in my expression of food is so wonderful to me.
I’ve been able to serve a wide range of clients, create beautiful and memorable experiences, and stay true to my vision. At the heart of it all is a genuine love for what I do and a commitment to quality, creativity, and connection.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
To never give up on what you are passionate about. To never let anyone or anything hold you back from achieving your dreams.
This journey has been about more than just building a business—it’s been about building something meaningful, and I’m excited to continue growing and sharing that with others.
