Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Growing up I was always looking for an outlet, something that would distract me from my home life. Wether it was playing softball or painting my nails, I craved a creative outlet. I dabbled in art, pottery, sports but overall kept my dreams small because at the time they seemed unrealistic and unreachable. I went to Beauty School right out of high school and immediately dove into the Nail program. I’d finally found something where I could be creative, passionate and make money in.
Shortly after I met my husband and had two beautiful sons. Nothing motivated me more than having my own little family. To show them that your dreams don’t have to falter, but if anything should push you more.
With the support of my husband, my boys and our family and friends we decided to take a chance on our dreams and create
Golden Beauty.
Golden Beauty represents everything I’ve dreamt about. From passion, creativity, safety, inclusivity and genuine care, Golden Beauty allows it all to coexist together.
Building my business has taken dedication, hard work and a willingness to grow through every challenge.
Almost 3 years later, we have built a successful, thriving full service salon.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. I would often wonder how I would manage being a good mom, a wife and a salon owner. How could I possible give everything my 100%? I’ve had to learn and adjust as I go, and trust myself that what I’m doing in that moment I’m giving it my all.

Golden Beauty Studio is a full service salon. We are a Hispanic-and women owned beauty business, rooted in creativity, individuality and a little western flair.
Our goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone can feel beautiful, confident and comfortable expressing themselves.
As a small business we take pride in building genuine relationships with our clients, supporting our local community, and creating an experience that feels personal.
What sets Golden Beauty apart is the heart behind our brand- we’re passionate about what we do, proud of our Hispanic heritage roots, and committed to creating a space that reflects our creativity, values and love for the beauty industry.

What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is building something that represents who I am, the obstacles I’ve overcome. And the life I’m working so hard to create for my family.
Why? Because growing up these dreams felt so out of reach, like it was close to impossible. Because I’m proving myself wrong. Now I crave to keep going, to see how far my little family and I can make it.
